At HS Abayas, we want you to love what you wear. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
Returns:

You can return your order within 7 days of receiving it.

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.

Return shipping cost is the customer’s responsibility.

To request a return, email us at hsabayas@gmail.com with your order number and reason.
Refunds:

Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item.

If approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.
Non-returnable items:

Hijab caps, magnets, pins, and under scarves are not eligible for returns due to hygiene reasons.
